It's not the first time we've been on Grace's network... But Global surprised us with a wonderful breakfast and service!excellent staff and good comfort.Today was not an easy situation.. Good afternoon, my son and I rested at the hotel in October 2023, everything was very decent and we really liked it - excellent breakfast, daily room cleaning, polite, helpful and friendly staff, ready to answer all questions and solve any problem, I would especially like to mention Anna; close distance to the sea and good location of the hotel - near the Mandarin shopping center, many interesting entertainments for children and adults; a warm pool that you didn’t want to leave. We think we'll be back.

We stayed at the hotel for the second time, this year from September 21 to October 2. We checked in a little earlier, which was very nice after an overnight flight. The room was excellent, higher and quieter. Thank you very much for the compliment from the hotel. There were no problems with the food, choice of dishes large, for different tastes. We ordered dinner in the room several times. It’s very convenient when you’re tired after an excursion and don’t want to go anywhere anymore. The guys worked efficiently. The room was cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner. We didn’t notice any shortcomings, if there were any. We had a great rest !Thank you to all the staff for their work and caring about the comfortable stay of our guests!

We had a rest in September. I really liked the hotel. Great location. To the Sea 3 minutes through the Park, to the mandarin 5 minutes, to the market 7 minutes. Meals were taken 3 times. Everything is very tasty. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner a la carte. The room and the floor are clean everywhere. All staff respond to requests. On the first day there were no towels for the beach, but everything was decided (brought). You could always find a free sunbed on the beach. We rested in a standard room with a balcony. Thank you for a good rest!
