Excellent hotel! The staff is wonderful, polite! The rooms are nice, cozy and clean! The location is very good. There is a heated pool, which I really liked) though since we swam on March 9 it was very cold to go in and out of it, as it is located on the street, but these are trifles) wonderful, delicious breakfasts with a large selection! Convenient and free transfer to Krasnaya Polyana! In general, I recommend!! If I'm in Sochi again, I will definitely come back here!💕

For several years now we have been going skiing in the mountains in February. And the choice of hotels of the Grace system remains unchanged. This time we decided to stay in Global.Hotel with good service, spacious rooms, delicious and varied food. Convenient booking system. Perhaps here is the best hammam of all the hotels in this group. Not a convenience in that the pool has to go through the bar and sauna at the other end of the building. But this is not critical. Basically everything is comfortable.

Good location relative to the Sea, Sirius village, the market and the Southern Cultures park, breakfasts are 5 stars (without alcohol), room service is wonderful, the restaurant menu is small, but very tasty and voluminous portions, with a full load of the hotel, the rooms are quiet (February: during the day everyone on skis in the evening apparently sleeps like the dead)))) - were satisfied, lived in a suite

We stayed at the hotel for several days on important dates for us, two anniversaries of 55. We booked in advance and knew that everything would be fine - both the location and the service were not disappointed even once! Breakfast is just class, convenient location, transfer to Krasnaya Polyana, swimming pool, saunas, attitude of the staff, everything, everything is excellent!!! We will always recommend to family and friends, thank you very much!!
